MAI, AI-GRS – EVP, Chief Appraiser Commercial Real Estate
Ray Pirkle joined CES in January of 2015 and is our Director of the Commercial Appraisal Management and Review department. He has more than 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Valuation and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute from which he holds the MAI and AI-GRS designations.
Ray oversees Commercial Appraisal Ordering and Review operations for more than 50 financial institutions and because of his experience and knowledge of regulatory guidelines, acts as one of our Chief Appraisers. Ray has personally has performed appraisals and appraisal reviews throughout the United States on virtually all property types, so his experience is considered by our clients as “invaluable.”
Ray has working knowledge and a full understanding of USPAP, FIRREA, The Interagencys’ Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines, Dodd-Frank, Graham-Leach-Bliley Act and the Privacy Act.
