Rebecca Fisher

SRA, AI-RRS – SVP, Chief Appraiser – Residential Real Estate

Rebecca Fisher joined CES in 2014 as our Residential Chief Appraiser and is currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Certified Residential Appraiser. Rebecca began her appraisal career in 1986 and has more than 30 years of experience as a Residential Appraiser.

Rebecca began reviewing residential appraisals in 1989 for FNMA after being selected to join the national FNMA Review Panel. She expanded her services to numerous other nationally recognized clients serving as an institutional staff reviewer. Her professional communication skills and knowledge of the appraisal industry has elevated her to elected positions within her State and Regional Chapters of the Appraisal Institute, including positions on its Board of Directors, Candidate Guidance and Admissions chair, Regional Board of Directors and Minority Outreach Committee for Region IX where she served as Vice President and President of her State Chapter. She is currently serving the SWFL Chapter of the Appraisal Institute as a Candidate Advisor. She was nominated to serve on Florida’s Appraiser Certification Board’s designated Task Force for the development of Appraisal Management Companies and Review Appraisal Rules for Florida in 2012.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ in 2011, majoring in Business and Communication. Her real estate education was obtained primarily through the Appraisal Institute from which she holds the SRA and AI-RRS designations. She has also taken real estate related courses through various nationally recognized education organizations and has completed more than 600 hours in continuing education during her career.
